Tanmay Ahmed is the most versatile individual in the team who comes up with ideas on how to innovate and excel as a result of his experience gathered through his long and illustrious career. He is indeed a dynamic personality and an excellent motivator and the go to guy in the truest sense.

He has worked in places like Ralph Lauren Polo, Calvin Kline and ARK Restaurants. He came into Exling, LLC with immense experience in management behind him. One of his biggest achievements was the development of “BRYANT PARK GRILL” of ARK Restaurants situated in New York where he was one of the top executives in the development team.

He has completed his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information System from Queens College of City University at New York.

Intekhab Sadekin is an aspiring software engineer with quality assurance being one of his strengths. He has been involved in innumerable software projects both professionally and personally. He has keen interest in research which is evident from the genre of projects that he has helped develop. Intekhab Sadekin took particular interest in software test automation and has successfully implemented automation harness for real-time applications involving numerous entities. He has started his career as a tester engineer and eventually moved on to become a programmer. He is currently the scrum master and software developer at Exling, LLC.

Intekhab is most comfortable working in an agile development environment with varied technologies. His major expertise lies in web application development in J2EE, JSP etc. with frameworks such as Spring, application quality assurance and software test automation.

Intekhab has completed his undergrad in Computer Science from BRAC University with high distinction. He has worked in sought-after companies such as Therap Services, LLC and Vantage Communications, both of which are companies well established in USA.

Shamim Ahmed is a versatile application developer with experience in designing and implementing large-scale client/server and web-based systems, with particular focus on high availability, scalability, and throughput. Shamim is an expert on cross-platform (MS Windows, Unix, and GNU/Linux) development utilizing major SQL databases (Oracle and Microsoft SqlServer) and many languages / specifications.

Shamim has worked in the desktop software industry for long time and has expertise in rapid development methodologies, project estimation, software construction practices, performance tuning, system integration, and third-party contract management.

Shamim has completed his undergrad on Computer Science & Engineering from BRAC University. Shamim’s career has included positions at Evolvinx LLC. (team lead), UPTime7 (Sr. Developer), ARK Networks (Project Manager). His current focus is in the areas of web services, business process automation, and the utilization of open source technologies.

Fayyaaz Mushtaque is a highly versatile and a self-motivated software engineer who has contributed to the development of numerous software projects which include both desktop and web applications. He has been a part of agile development for a long time now and has successfully implemented various applications using such development methodologies. He contributes to all phases in the software development lifecycle whether it be gathering specifications, designing both and high and low level architectures, implementation and assuring quality.

He is one of those rare individuals who have experience in development in all major platforms and languages and in most development environments. He is now involved in the development of the companies primary applications which include the Exling Communicator

He is a hobbyist photographer who specializes in portrait photography. He has graduated from BRAC University in Computer Science and Engineering with excellent results and has been involved in professional software development ever since.
